Paper Craft: Beachside Invitation Card

Difficulty: Easy
Age: 5 and up (with help from adults as necessary)

Description
Having Party?
Don't just buy invitation card from outside.
A few papers plus shells and sand you pick from the beach side will be enough to create lovely invitation cards to surprise your guests.  :-)

What you'll need:
1. White color 220gm paper (can buy from Popular or any Stationary Shop)
2. Ocean Blue color 220 gm paper (can buy from Popular or any Stationary Shop)
3. Peach color 130 gm paper (can buy from Popular or any Stationary Shop)
4. String / Yarn
5. Shells
6. Sands
7. White Glue
8. Scissor
9. Hole puncher

How to make it:
1. Draw a rough bottle shape on the White color paper and cut out according to the shape you draw
2. Draw a more details bottle shape (smaller in size, good enough to fix into the White bottle shape) on the Ocean Blue color paper and cut out according to the shape
3. Draw a corked shape on the Peach color paper and cut it out
4. Glue the Ocean Blue bottle shape on top of the White bottle shape, follow by the Peach corked shape then write or stick your party information at the back of the formed card.  Now, your Invitation Card base is ready and we can move on to further decorate the Invitation card
5. Cut the string / yarn into pieces and glue them along the Ocean Blue bottle shape (remember to leave some space from the edge) to make the structure more stand up
6. Punch a hole on top of the White bottle shape and tie a string over so that your guests can hang the invitation card wherever they like
7. Mix some sand with glue in a recycle plastic cup.  Then, apply the sand glue  at the bottom side of the Ocean Blue bottle shape
8. Lastly, glue the shells on top and and DONE!!
